Small, low cost manually operated sterilizer
Specially designed for small hospitals and nursing homes, this table-top compact sterilizer is available from 60-125 litre capacity in cylinder based and disposable cartridge based models. All models have a robust and sturdy chamber and are provided with an electronic temperature controller on the inside. The facia contains stainless steel control valves and indicators for temperature, pressure/vacuum and status of various utilities. These models are portable and need only an electrical plug point to start operations. Optional accessories include sealing machine, packing pouches (Steribags™) and chemical & biological indicator labels.

Small to Medium Size, Semi-Automatic and Automatic Sterilizer
A stand alone, compact and fully automatic sterilizer, to cater to the needs of medium and large size hospitals. These can be fabricated in 4.0/4.5/5.0/8.0 cu.ft. or larger chamber volumes to suit customer requirements. These chamber volumes will work on 100% ethylene oxide disposable cartridges. The units have a flush, easy to operate door, a cartridge puncturing mechanism inside the chamber and state-of-the-art automation which is linked to sensors. All parameters can be set at startup and remain programmed as master cycle while the password facility ensures that these parameters, once set, cannot be changed by unauthorised persons.
The safety interlock prevents the door from being opened during the sterilization process, while the auto-to-manual changeover facilitates continuation of the cycle in case of automation failure. The built in aeration facility helps in removing residual gas and the printer or chart recorder (both optional) provide a complete record at the end of each cycle. Other optional accessories include EO chemical and biological indicators.

Large Capacity Manual and Fully Automatic Sterilizers
For manufacturers of medical disposables, processors of spices and herbal products and other export oriented units, available in manual or automatic models. The manual models have a radial locking mechanism with either a single-door or a two-door combination. Low cost (basic) automation can be incorporated to maintain process stability and hard copy evidence. Automatic models have an auto sliding door and are also available in one or two door versions. Automation options are basic (PLC based controls) or fully automatic (computerised supervisory control). Optional accessories include vacuum pump, heating system, EO vaporizer, EO gas circulation system, fresh air ventilation, steam generator, incoming air filter, weighing scale, gas detection system and gas scrubber.

Other Accessories
The compact PCI Aerator gives you 12cu.ft. of aeration capacity without taking up a lot of space. The unit is designed for easy, convenient and flexible operation cycles. Just place sterilised materials in the aeration cabinet and set the adjustable time and temperature controls. Warm air circulates dynamically throughout the chamber, aerating EO-sterilised items quickly, thoroughly and economically.
Steam Indicator Tapes : for steam sterilization, available in 50-meter rolls.
Chemical Indicator Labels : for EO sterilization, in packs of 200 or 5000 labels.
SteriBags™ : Polyethylene tubing and bags of assorted sizes, to pack and seal material to be sterilised.

Some of these items may be steam-autoclaved, but the high heat, moisture and pressure of the process causes rapid deterioration in the quality of many instruments (e.g. delicate sharps used in ophthalmic surgery). Some plastic instruments, such as speculi, can be reused when they are gas sterilised. Similarly, fibreoptic endoscopes may be resterilised with gas, without any adverse effect.
