 PCI’s premier service against subterranean (or ground-nesting) termites. Termiseal™ Service uses the chemical-barrier treatment which can be carried out in buildings under construction (pre-construction service) as well as existing buildings (post-construction service).
In existing buildings (post-construction service), holes are drilled (in infested and susceptible areas) at the wall-floor junction at regular intervals and filled with our new-generation termiticide. This chemical is low-dose and odourless. The holes are then capped using white cement, which is done with care by our trained technicians.
In buildings under construction (pre-construction service), our special termiticide is sprayed at plinth level. The treatment is carried out as per BIS/PCI specifications.

Post-Construction :
Homes : Annual contract with initial treatment and regular check-up; repeat treatment if necessary. In case entire building is treated, a 5 years Service Warranty* is provided.
Pre-Construction :
10 years Service Warranty* from the date of commencement of treatment.
